The Associate
(1) The associates of ReGIS Inc. are only consisted of world top class successful business man and professionals and Jack Fujieda’s long term trustworthy personal friends who agreed to help implementing ReGIS’s grand objectives to contribute to the construction of the coming Global Information Society.
(2) The associates will help upon Jack Fujieda’s request to follow up the client’s request for the search of top contacts and the information about technology, marketing, and financial opportunity.
(3) The associates will contribute voluntarily input to FORUM@Re-GIS as much regularly as possible but target minimum once a month about the most high valued news and topics with opinions from each associate’s individual points of view in the field of their specialization and interests. Each input is expected in less than 10 lines of description with the reference information (i.e., magazine, news paper, date, page).
(4)These Input will be filed in Associates_Forum2@re-gis.com for benefit of other associates to review and occasionally progress into associates to associates communication which often develops business. The associate can ask me any question to me as Quid Pro Quo. I would do my best as I had done.
(5) ReGIS will have library of registered magazines or electronic information which the associate wants ReGIS to keep in FORUM library. IMPORTANT: Each Associate need to input us ASAP two most frequently referring magazines and one paper and electric information if any.
(6) If there are any potential business realized which been helped by the associate, it is the responsibility of ReGIS Inc. to pay back from the project profit in accordance to the contribution.
(7) We will expand number of Associates/researchers to double 20 countries, 50 professionals by the year end and enrich Japanese, Asian site information from next year.
Note: (1) Associates will not take any legal nor business responsibility on any consequential effects or results caused by the information which associates give to ReGIS Inc. ReGIS Inc. owe sole responsibility for the clients. Note: (2) Payment will be considered to contributed associates and researchers starting second year based upon the forum business.
